Dr. Winnifred Cutler says she has created the ultimate love potion for women. Now I know a lot of you are seeing all these pheromone products on the internet. It seems like everybody is selling perfume that says that if you wear this perfume, you can attract the perfect man. It will make you more sensuous. It'll make you more appealing. Men will just fall over to come and see you. AboutThere is a product on the market right and it is called Athena pheromone 10:13. You mix this product with your favorite perfume and rub it on your body. Let me tell you something. Within a couple of days, men go wild. Your wildest dreams will be fulfilled by looking using this. I'm not talking about something that supposed to be a gimmick. This is created by a scientist. How Does It Work? You just mix it with your perfume and put it on. It’s that simple. Just apply where you would normally put on perfume. The best part is it will give women more confidence to approach cuter guys as opposed to the so-so guys. Learn more at http://astrobiosociety.org ResultsI was very conscious that I was wearing it the first day I took the train to work and I'm thinking why aren't all these men the swarming at my feet? So I was thinking maybe it takes a little longer to take effect. And then one night I went out and I didn't meet anyone in the next night I had five guys that wouldn't leave me alone, but that's usual for me. But I think it's more of a mental thing for me. It puts you in a mental state of mind and you're more receptive, you more outgoing. When I went out on Halloween evening with my boyfriend, I was wearing the pheromones and he noticed it and he said, what are you wearing? And I said, oh, I don't know, what do you think? And he just smelled me all night on and on and on. But by the end of the night, oh my gosh. He came up to me and said, I love you and I want to marry you. So it's kind of a shocker and I thought, well this really worked well. Pheromones are a substance that an animal emits into the atmosphere and it causes the same species to respond. It’s species specific. So in dogs, we humans wouldn't even notice it, but other dogs noticed it. It has no appreciable sense of smell to the woman who puts it on. But like you may know, we're hearing this in our research that men are saying in long-term relationships, “oh, what is this delicious new perfume”? And it's the same perfume they've been wearing all along. Of course, if you were any nice perfume, any man is going to really love the smell of it and be attracted to it. The first pheromones studies were with a placebo. Some women got a blank and some women got the real stuff and they didn't know what they were getting and they were recording. Every time they had sex. And after 14 weeks we found that 11 percent of the placebo users had it once at least once a week. What they found is the women who were wearing the pheromone never missed a week for 10 weeks in a row. So there was a difference. ConclusionAthena 10:13 sells for about $95 per bottle, proving that love is not cheap.

In this article, I am going to talk about research on pheromones and human sexuality. Now you're probably wondering what the heck is a pheromone? Human pheromones are found in deodorant, perfume, and as well as soap. You are probably wondering how can pheromones come from humans. Let me explain. What Are PheromonesPheromones are a chemical that elicits behavior or develops responses from others of the same organisms. They elicit sexual, reproductive and emotional behaviors. Pheromones from humans come from six places. They come from the armpits, the nibbles of both sexes, the genital regions, the lips, eyelids, and outer ear. There has been a lot of research on pheromones. This is especially important in humans because we do have an abundance of secretions that naturally occur. Not only do we have these naturally occurring secretions, but we are also the only species that uses artificial aromas such as perfume or cologne. They not only increase our own personal attractiveness but also what we look for whenever we're looking for a sexual partner or significant other. Learn more at http://astrobiosociety.org Pheromone College ExperimentSo we wanted to see if college students agree with our hypothesis that pheromones do play a role in our sexual behavior. The goal of our survey was to receive input from these college students on whether or not they think that a cologne with pheromones plays a role in their own sexual decision making. Somebody send out a survey to 20 correspondence through email electronically and these are the results that we got. In the survey we conducted, we ask six simple questions. We started by asking what their sexual orientation was and we saw that 63 percent of the participants were attracted to females and only 33 percent of males. We've been asked if the order was a determinant in who you think you would engage in sexual behavior and of course we agree. Only 32 percent disagree, meaning that they do take pheromones into consideration when engaging in sexual behavior or inquiries. Pheromone Survey ResultsWe also asked whether somewhere that wore perfume or pheromone cologne became more attractive to them. And we had the majority with 54 percent agree and 38 percent strongly agree. And again, only eight percent disagree. This means that they do take into pheromones into consideration when choosing who they would engage in sexual behavior. The last question we asked was whether when picturing the perfect significant other, whether the aroma was in their top five features to consider. And we had a tie between strongly disagree and agree with 21 percent and the majority strongly agree and disagree. Learn more about pheromones at http://sundowndivers.org
Overall we felt that our results ultimately supported our hypothesis that pheromones do have a role in human sexuality. We saw that the majority of our respondents would agree that scent aroma or as we're now calling them pheromones, do have a role in whatever they're choosing a sexual partner or significant other. We definitely thought it was interesting because we don't normally think of smell as something that you first look at whenever you're trying to find a sexual partner. We did find it interesting that the majority of our participants in the people that we asked do consider this as a crucial factor in someone that they're looking for. Learn more at http://infospeak.org Because there is no direct evidence, some pheromone manufacturers created a kind of argument that was circumstantial. Basically, they built up an argument that these molecules were special. The first argument was that some people can't smell human pheromones. Now, if anything, that's an argument that they shouldn't be treated as pheromones. This is because if a large proportion of the population can't smell these or as it turned out, smell them as different kinds of smells, probably means it's not something that's consistent across the population. There's a weird effect that if you can't smell it and then you sniff it a lot over a period of weeks or months, you increase your sensitivity. So after that period, you can smell it better. And then apparently there are differences between the sexes in how much they produced in their armpits and how will they perceive this. And there was even a suggestion that at different stages of the menstrual cycle, women were able to smell it better than others. All of these things turned out in the closer analysis to be false. And it was at that conference that a paper was published on putative pheromones. The research was on the effect of putative pheromones on the electoral activity of the vomeronasal organ. Keep in mind nobody else has found a vomeronasal organ in humans that works. Unfortunately, there is no account of how the molecules were collected, isolated, and identified. And when the patent was published a little while later, there were no details in that either. So it's quite remarkable that these two steroid molecules were proposed a without any evidence at all. Then in 2000, a scientific paper on pheromones was published in a respected journal that changed the course of science. But what was more important is that the second author was very well known. Dr. Winnifred Cutler had a very good reputation as a scientist and came from a very well known university, the University of Chicago. They studied the two molecules, androstenone and estratetraenol. Why did they use these molecules? Simply because they've been presented at this conference and had been patented. So that was the source of the information. But because of the respectable scientist in a reasonable journal, hailing from a good laboratory published this paper, an enormous number of people started treating the molecules as respectable. Even in these sciences, all sorts of things were very wrong and I think this is something that we really do need to address. Unfortunately, many of the scientific methods for studying pheromones are incomplete. How Do We Go Forward With Pheromones?OK, so how should we go forward? I think we need a new start in pheromones research. The first question is which areas are possible smell sources? This includes the armpits and genital regions where pheromones in animals are secreted. Learn more at anatomist.info
